jdbet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jdbet ("jdbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jdbet.club ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jdbet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jdbet Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by jdbet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use the jdbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jdbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jdbet Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering on jdbet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jdbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access jdbet's gaming services, you must create a personal account through the jdbet registration process. The following rules apply to all jdbet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jdbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdbet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jdbet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• KYC Verification: jdbet is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify jdbet of any changes to your registered information by contacting customer support.

jdbet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

jdbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your jdbet account balance in real time or within the processing time of the selected payment method. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page. jdbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your jdbet account.
• jdbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

jdbet processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

jdbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your jdbet account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: jdbet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any other form of abuse.
• Modification: jdbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already in progress.

The following general betting rules apply across all jdbet gaming products. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jdbet system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where jdbet's specific game rules expressly permit cancellation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on jdbet has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by jdbet at any time.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jdbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. jdbet's decision in such matters is final.
• Obvious Errors: jdbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from your account balance.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if your jdbet account has sufficient cleared funds to cover the stake at the time the bet is placed.
• Sports Betting: For sports betting markets, jdbet's sports betting rules — including rules on event postponement, abandonment, and settlement — are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform and apply in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one jdbet account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and tournaments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favor without reporting them to jdbet support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jdbet to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jdbet's software, games, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdbet staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform's communication channels.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the jdbet Platform — including but not limited to the jdbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jdbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jdbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jdbet content without prior written consent.
• Use jdbet's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on jdbet's Platform or content.
• Use jdbet's content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of jdbet's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact jdbet's support team.

jdbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jdbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jdbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. jdbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you feel you need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jdbet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jdbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jdbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jdbet's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of government).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jdbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by jdbet's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Either you or jdbet may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your jdbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
• Closure by jdbet: jdbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you have breached these Terms, if jdbet is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority, or if jdbet reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity on your account.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. jdbet may retain your personal data for as long as required by applicable law and regulation, including PAGCOR's record-keeping requirements.
• Forfeiture: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jdbet reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jdbet, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jdbet's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to jdbet's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.

jdbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jdbet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jdbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
