The jdbet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, as required by PAGCOR for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. jdbet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jdbet discovers or has reason to believe that a registered user is under 21 years of age, jdbet will immediately suspend the account, initiate an age verification review, and — if the user is confirmed to be underage — permanently close the account and forfeit any associated balance in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

jdbet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
